Campus Kitchens at Auburn University perseveres amid pandemic challenges

2020 - 2021

During this year CKAU was presented with unprecedented challenges, with the COVID-19 pandemic forcing shifts to reduce the number of volunteers and implement safety measures to maintain social distancing. However, the organization's leadership and dedicated volunteers have persevered in their mission to alleviate food insecurity in the Auburn-Opelika community. The organization's efforts to overcome these obstacles and continue its operations are a testament to its commitment to helping those in need.
